The ETA on the website has changed. Has my order ETA been pushed?

No, your ETA remains the same. The ETAs are updated for future orders, but your ETA still remains the same as when you placed your order.

Do you have enough stock, or have you oversold?

We have ensured sufficient stock available for all orders placed. Your delays were Covid related, from staff shortages and the sudden influx in orders for RAT Kits and courier delays. However, we have now adapted to and increased our human resources for these delays.

I have ordered stock from you in the last two weeks and have still not received it. Why?

Rest assured, we are working around the clock to get your orders out. We have increased our human resources and have organised 24-hour operations to ensure your order is getting out as soon as possible. Due to the surge in orders throughout Australia for Rapid-antigen Test Kits, we are experiencing high demand and volume of customers on our various platforms at the current time.

We are trying our very best to get all orders out on their ETAs while being faced with Covid delays too. Unfortunately, there have also been limitations due to the Christmas/New Year holiday period that all major companies close for (please know, we did not partake in holiday closures this year). We are currently processing & dispatching 10,000+ orders a day.

In addition to staff limitations, we have also faced hurdles on pallets/cages, satchels and other packaging supplies to enable us to have orders dispatched immediately.
